I only see ghosts of common in seasonal, not the other way around. And in the FAQ to seasonal markers, the gurus said, that it was impossible to get stuff back to common, once you grabbed it into a season. Which is not true as you can simply delete it change to common and undelete it.

You can enable the retuner menu directly at the objects (citty Hall-> Nraas->retuner -> show object menu-> true) then click on the domino table -> nraas -< retuner ->general-> play dominoes with-> advertised outputs
