Honestly I would already be happy if I could set it as a hotkey and leave debugging messages disabled at the same time. I don't mind clicking the option when I load my game it is enabling debugging, reloading cache and then clicking through the menu again to disable debugging that gets a bit annoying.

I am using that trait too and the Sim that has it is also reset every time the game loads. Other than that the trait works fine.

If you know how to do XML Mods you can go into the diseases and change their infection rating, but since it is modelled pretty realistically if it is a new disease that noone has immunity to it is still going to spread like wildfire. Ah so it is loading the folder just having trouble with the Mods? Probably because you installed stuff over the launcher that is now somehow missing.. DO NOT TEST THE MODS ONE BY ONE.. Go 50/50 Take Half the Mods out of the folder and copy them somewhere else, if that does not work remove half again...
