In my household one sim is about to get "adult" (3/4 bar), the other one is far away (1/2 bar).

How is that possible? Do the sims have diffrent lifespans?

Is there a way/mod/scripty to Auto-Collect (without using the Computer) all the real-estate incomes to a specific time? (Like the writer-royalty checks...)?

How is the food-moodlet calculated? All guides say the maximum is +40, but I get +52-8h when I prepare cheeseburgers with my lvl10 cook for example! Hows that possible? Is it possible to get even more (without ambrosia?)

It is a "sims3pack", but I can edit it with TSRW.
