The ghost error is an EA fail. It can be ignored.

The petrol error is related to that mod. Doesn't look serious but up to you if you wish to report it to the creator.

It actually should be fine. The mod corrects apply to all the consign registers. Obviously you can't consign general things with the potion register. You could put a consignment register on a lot zoned for an elixir shop, I don't immediately see any reason it wouldn't work.

Did you enter 0.25 or 25? 25 makes them 2,500% alien.

If you are exporting and importing them you can expect this issue. It's up to you if you want to contain the problem.
