Sims 3 UI is a series of images that weren't designed with scaling in mind which is why the UI remains fixed despite changing the resolution. No way that I know of to get around this.

It would but it'd involve hibernating the returning Sims which usually doesn't end well. See Generations parents on vacation fiasco. It'd take a good deal of work to make sure it didn't end up in the same fire ball.

This one is messy and it's difficult to tell where it's broke. Did this error recently start? Did you recently remove any mods? Did you recently do anything that may have triggered the social worker?

The ghost error is an EA fail. It can be ignored.

The petrol error is related to that mod. Doesn't look serious but up to you if you wish to report it to the creator.
