This should work fine with the Gender Male / Female criteria. Make sure you're using the testing version of GoHere as the filters are unstable in release.

Did you perhaps uninstall the custom music box from ATS3 without first removing it from where it was placed? Perhaps they have improperly converted to EA's and now aren't loading properly. I'd use MasterController's Object Stats / Not Inventory to find and remove them.

This is sometimes because you have music boxes somewhere but Ambitions isn't loading. Have you perhaps unchecked it in the launcher or uninstalled it?
