If you know what the thumbnail for the hair looks like you could try this thumbnail extractor . It will extract the thumbnail for every item in the folder you run it on (e.g. your folder with CC hair). Mine definitely won't be more minimalist. I have a separate lot for each building, although they are smaller than EAxis' buildings. And I use way too much CC to share my builds. I will probably post screenshots on my tumblr when they're finished though, I'll send you a link when I do.
