Installed the master controller, it works and is in my game, but i cant seem to access where to modify my sims skills, looking to get some help, thanks !

Hi there. It's NRaas > (Sim) > Advanced > Skill Level. But the MC Cheats add-on module is required in addition to the MC base mod in order to get many of the advanced commands. It's here, scroll down a bit to see the optional add-ons.
