Master Controller CAS messing up outfits
I deleted the career outfit after CAS with MasterController and the original career outfit was later restored when they had to go to work. The career outfits for Music Talent Scout and Lyricist are always glitched up for some reason in my game - even without editing anyone in CAS.

I've just returned to playing the Sims 3 after several years of playing TS4. I'm unfortunately having the same outfit problems as others in this thread. None of my sims have more than 3 outfits in any category and I use both MC Stylist and CAS in the advanced menu. Items will randomly change for both played and non played sims - a top or bottom randomly being swapped for an alternative (even if valid within that category) and accessories are regularly disappearing or being swapped out. So for instance a female sim wearing some beautiful open toed sandals will suddenly be wearing stripey socks that I never selected. So still no workarounds or solutions?

I've never been able to reproduce this. If anyone has concrete steps to reproduce the CAS exiting issue every time with only nraas mods installed that'd help. It would also help if it's not cc that's acting up as I have no idea what mess the creator made of it internally.
Changes happening later in game are an entirely different beast of a wild goose chase and could just be the normal functionality of Dresser at play or something else entirely.
