To rule out the highest number of things possible in order to get to a place where the mods might be working properly, I would suggest starting a new game, select some random pre-made sim to play if you can, let the game clock run for a few minutes. Then bring them into CAS by way of a MC Command like Advanced > Edit in CAS. Avoid Create a Household from the outset of a game session, at least for now, because of the mods still loading timing question.

That worked. NRaas is working for me now, guess I'll just use that lil work around for a bit.

You have the advantage of course of knowing what you have already tried (and I bet it's a lot by now!) but from where I'm sitting, far away I imagine, it sounds like it's possible that the entire issue is that you were jumping into CAH right upon the game starting up and MC/MC Integration just haven't had time to load fully yet. Could this have been the cause all along -- does just getting the game to run for while with the game clock actually moving and then use CAS functions (including CAH reachable from Edit Town) make everything work, including all of your sliders? If so, that might be the entire answer (for now).

Honestly it's on and off with MRaas. It now works 9/10 times going straight into CAS/H, so I think maybe just placing a household worked. Now it's just a matter of going in and out of CAS and seeing if it's worked.
