Yes, I think is vampire tweaker mod. Teen vampires have this unique skill to make any sim zzzzzz!

@igazor Yes this filter definitely works! It removes any teen, child and tolder and shows only YA/A and elders. If this one was the default list of PWG when you hit the "X" there would be no issue at all!

From the other hand if you leave those 3 ages and because of YA hard coding the only thing you gain is PWG to freeze. I think its solved!
