Make sure your online when you start your game up for the first time so that all your EP's and SP's you have installed get properly initialized

Must've been writing at the same time so you might need to hunt down a Game folder somewhere

I don't know if this will help or not, but are you leaving all your downloaded Store items in your downloads folder? And are you trying to install it all at once or in batches? I always install mine in batches.

@sittingbear.... I'm always online when I play
@Tangie... Before I got the latest patch, I would take the downloaded files out of my downloads folder and keep them in a sims 3 folder on my desktop. After this latest patch, I just delete them all from the downloads folder.

Sorry, forgot to answer your last question. I always download/install in batches.

That was my only thought on why everything wasn't installing properly. I'm sorry you are having so many problems!

Thanks Tangie, I'm just glad I finished all my builds before all this happened. I have just spent 2 hours on the phone with EA and he was very helpful in many ways but my game is still hooped. I can't get any store content to show up in game at all. I have to uninstall them all and reinstall. If that doesn't work, I'm either going back to sims 2 or on to sims 4, which they gave me for free. Neither choice is very inviting :(
