Yes, as J4Ks said, it would likely require the fix. Something is not right about the internal structure of that world. This is a band-aid that allows you to play but doesn't fix the root cause which I am not certain actually is. Perhaps re-exporting it from CAW would but no guarantees. Of course they could axe all resorts in the world and it'll probably be fine without the mod.

I've tried re-exporting from CAW multiple times but the problem is still prevalent. Bummer. Well at least the band-aid works Maybe someone can help find the problem within the world files and fix the overall cause from there and if not, hurray for the band-aid!
