I keep getting both error trap and overwatch errors either randomly for all my sims at once, or when my sims age up (especially from toddler to child), and when I try to reset I lose my UI/sims. Looks like its something to do with a null reference with the dreams & wishes/dreamtree? Tried a vanilla game/new save and still getting the same errors!

Hi there, and welcome to NRaas.

This is an unusual sequence of errors. Yes, the sims' Dream Managers are broken, but they aren't able to receive cellphones either upon being reset and the cellphone is an important sim identifier for many aspects of the game. Our developer will have to comment but while we're waiting there's a few things you can try.

-- Can you confirm that you are intending to run the game with LN and Seasons as your only EPs? If so that's fine, but just checking to see if you really mean for there to be more EPs loading than those two.

-- Do you routinely and have you recently cleared the five cache files on the top level of your TS3 user game folder (in Documents) before starting up?

-- The Dreamer mod may help as it tends to make the Dream Managers run more smoothly.

-- If you have any mods from non-NRaas sources, try a test game with NRaas only and the scriptCache.package file cleared. If that's no different, try pulling your entire TS3 user game folder out from Documents (or rename it) for safekeeping. The game will spawn a new one with no added content on its next launch, back out and put the Framework and NRaas mods back in. Can you get a new game started on the clean folder that way?

Yes - I only play with LN and Seasons as my only EP's.
Yes I clear all 5 caches every time I play. I find that helps when the game first loads but then eventually I get the same issues.
I will definitely try the dreamer mod! Wasn't sure if I should be adding more mods to the mix at this point.
I only have nraas mods
I will try removing the S3 user file...so just to be safe, which folder exactly am I to be removing?

The entire user game folder. It would be called "The Sims 3" and would be located in Documents (or My Documents)\Electronic Arts.

Thanks! I did that. I'm able to get a new game started....not sure if the issues are still present as sometimes I can go a few hours until I get the error messages.

Still having the same problems . My game was fine until I installed generations. At that time I only had the woohooer mod in. After it happened the first time I downloaded MC OW and ET to see if that would help solve it. took generations out and reinstalled my game with no luck.
