Creating an NRaas project Woohooer Hot Air Balloon mistake?

Hmm, I see the event being sent in CommonWoohoo but can't find the connection to or anywhere where AddNotches is actually used (possibly because I don't have the dlls for any of the modules open).

Well at any rate the Hot Air Balloon module seems to work as it should as is so I guess the (non)matter can be left as is for now.
