Problem on the upper floor

After I started playing on the top level of the building, I noticed that the camera was fidgeting too much, especially in Tab mode. I found this mod, but its last testing was on version 1.55. Can someone know if there is an analogue of this mod, or better yet, a specific instruction on where and what values should I change to get normal results?
