Are .package files more like WinRar or 7-Zip?

Let's see how big of a difference it made:

Phenom II X6 1100T CPU, 16GB 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM and Samsung 850 Pro SSD: Loading time 12-13 minutes.

Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, 16GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM and Samsung 860 Evo SSD: Loading time: 5 minutes.

And everything in CAS loads much faster now. So a good SSD should be paired with other good hardware to reach it's full potential when loading games. :)
