Download Sims Installation Failed

I'm get this error when i install any custom sim.

Honestly I'd just make a new user folder and manually reinstall everything, then copy my saves and mods to the new folder. You DO have backups of your sims3packs to use, right?

I know that installation through this launcher is necessary for many players, but I couldn't stand it for failures and very slow work. Can you try an alternative by installing a sim using, for example, S3PackageViewer?

I've never tried .. is there a link i can download ? is there any other solution?

If you must use the launcher it's best to drag your Mods folder to desktop before trying. Loading all that CC and mods slow the thing to a crawl and make it more error prone.
