So this is pretty much something I did to myself. Not gonna lie. I didn't write stuff down or take a good pic or anything that would be really helpful.
Basically I have moved a family and went to try and remember what world they started out in. I don't have much for clues. I have a couple of pics of the kitchen and the upstairs but nothing from the outside. Is there anything I can use as a clue? Should I post the few pics I have to see if this house is familiar?
Thanks!

If it was any custom world, then I definitely can't help you. However, if it was EA's world, can you remember its features? Maybe there was something like a foggy swamp, or something resembling a ranch, or, for example, there were a lot of supernatural beings?

If they're from an EA world, you could try finding out by clicking on a sim > Nraas > DE > Options: Sim > Object > Who Am I? > scroll down to the second block of text that comes up and find "Homeworld". Hope that works for you.

Wouldn't the world that they were moved to be their home world though.littlelambsy wrote: ↑May 2nd, 2019, 12:27 amIf they're from an EA world, you could try finding out by clicking on a sim > Nraas > DE > Options: Sim > Object > Who Am I? > scroll down to the second block of text that comes up and find "Homeworld". If these are pre-made sims you can look them up at the Sims 3 Wiki to find the world they had originally been from.

Were these sims moved the EA way (or by passing them through the household bin) or by way of NRaas Traveler? If Traveler, do they not have any friends or associates left over from where they used to live in their relationship panel that might provide more clues?

I just tried it with my sim, and in the 2nd block of text, homeworld shows as "User Created" which is true, she originated in Eltham's Drift a user created world. I've tried it with EA sims and it has shown me where they're from.... Riverview etc.
