A Way to Force Outfit?

Many of the mods here offer so many possibilities to change the way outfits are handled, most notably the Master Controller CAS settings and "Copy Clothing Between Categories".
I've been curious and looking for a way to force outfits so that the Sim will wear the last outfit manually switched to until you manually change it again.
For example, if you tell your sim to manually change into Everyday, then send them in the pool, they'd swim in their Everyday. If you told your sim to manually change into Sleepwear then told them to run to the neighbor's house, they'd end up taking to their neighbors in their pajamas.
If you told your sim to get undressed for a shower, then sent them straight to work after, they'd go to work nude.

I figure this may be a Debug Enabler setting, giving the nature of "disabling" the auto outfit changing.
If not, does anyone know of any mod to accomplish this?

I know this question is a little old, but sadly not answered, I also wonder if there are more ways, I even don't know so far.
If others have the same question, I can at least give some tips ;-)

1. With MC you can also change the outfit for multiple sims via SIM/ Basic / Outfit (click townhall for all or ground of a lot) select via filter
(you can also use MC / Sim / Basic / Transfer Clothing to overwrite or add the outfit of a any sim to another (single outfits or all))
2. With Dresser via Cityhall you can force via Transition, that sims change their outfits when
Switch Formal On Lot Change: Whether to change out of formal outfits when exiting a non-home, non-world lot
Switch On Outside: Whether to switch a sim into their Everyday outfit when they enter the outdoors
(Only applicable if the sim is in their "Sleepwear", "Athletic", or "Naked" outfits)
Switch Sleepwear On Room Change: Whether to change out of sleepwear upon exiting the room
3. With SP you can force sims into their career outfit General/Option: Career
Change Work Clothes
Changes the work clothes of inactive sims using trait scoring (i.e.,inactive sims with traits like Slob or Workaholic will keep their work clothes on while other sims will not)
4. with Retuner you can change the temperature when sims have to switch into Outerwear
Sims3.Gameplay.Actors.Sim,Sims3GameplaySystems
Option: kTemperatureToSwitchToOuterwear Default 32 ( 0 ° C) I changed it to 55 (13 ° C)
Option: kTemperatureToSwitchOutOfOuterwear (1 degree higher f.i.)

And there is the great mod from Consort over at MTS Dresscode,
it's a sign you can place on lots, inside or outside and with it you can assign a special outfit category the sim must wear. It has a lot of options. I use it f.i. in my fitnesscenter with pool, so my sims are forced to wear swimwear. Or in my Nightclub, I set it to formal.

Has anyone some more ideas how to force sims to switch to an accurate outfit?

Unless you copy the outfit you want to every category, the answer is no.
