Hey guys, 1st and foremost I love all you guys and think you are fantastic.
2nd thing, the Relativity mod. I'm reading up on it and searching the forums however I wanted to kind of say what I want and maybe get some feedback suggestions on settings.

I want more time period during the day to get things done or do things for thought. I want each day to feel long and epic. Default is 37? So is higher be faster day and lower a longer day?

Exactly right. At the default speed of 37, the mod will make no changes. The most popular setting for that one seems to be 19, so roughly half (or things happen twice as fast, depends on how you look at it). Some of us find things happen too quickly relative to the game clock at that setting, such as sims are finishing up their family meals before the rest of the household even begins, etc. I find 23 to just feel better, the differences are kind of subtle though. Anything less than 10 would typically be considered too much of a change and the game might start tripping over itself as the clock continues to move forward.

The other settings are fun to play around with as well, but we always advise settling on a basic speed setting first before making fine tuning adjustments. If you find your sims are all waking up refreshed but running out of energy consistently too early/not late enough or if they are hungry for full meals too often/not often enough, then the motive decays and deltas can be adjusted until things feel more natural.

If you are playing something other than a 90 day lifespan, you may wish to scale the skill gains to your lifespan with that one setting, Apply Life Span Skill Factor > True, or you may find that sims are skilling up too quickly/slowly for your tastes.

Interesting OK good to know. I've set my relativity mode to 10 to see how it goes. So far so good and I feel like I get more game play in a single SIM day. But I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing. I turn aging off because I like to keep my Sims!
