Game freezes then memory shown keeps climbing in task manager
Keep having this issue with every save I have, where after a few sessions of playing(save as then quit) I'll load a save the game will play for a about 15-20 minutes and then I will permanently freeze then I go and check task manager I the game's memory usage just keep climbing non stop until I guess it would crash because over 3.4gigs. I have mirrors and reflections turned so not sure if memory leak or the game is corrupting my save?

I've had this happen a few times over the years. It was clearly never a performance or system related issue because it was always some in-game activity that was triggering it. Finding out which one can be a real challenge and a half, to put it mildly, and saving/quitting just before it happens made tracking things down even more difficult because it might start again two sim minutes after the game starts up the next time.
Most recently, for me, it was the now older version of NRaas Hybrid and its hatred of skating. Whenever sims not under my control somewhere in the world tried or routed to a place where they could skate, exactly what you have described would happen. Removing ice/roller skating rinks was my first solution but that didn't stop inactives from trying to ice skate on frozen ponds until I went into Retuner and disallowed that autonomous activity. It took me a while to figure this out because it always seemed to be snowing when the issue happened and I blamed the snow, but it was really the cold weather enticing sims to find creative places in town to ice skate. What is now the current version of Hybrid cleared that all up.
"Bad CC" can also cause this if it's an object or CAS part that only gets used occasionally but might tend to show up in all worlds.
I take it you are clearing your five cache files on the top level of the TS3 user game folder on a regular basis?
If the cause is nothing that's going to reveal itself easily, perhaps try a test run in one of these worlds with no CC and NRaas mods only. Any better? If so and it seems like the issues are not going to show up, I'm afraid you have a 50/50 type of test routine to go through by adding your CC (then mods) back in halves at a time working backwards and forwards by remaining halves until you can isolate the culprit(s).

Hi Igazor, thanks for the informative reply! So followed your lead and watched for in-game activities and it seemed to happen at 10:59-11:00AM when my preggo actress sim would get kicked to go to work, I gave her the day off and the game continued playing as normal(And her co-workers went to work at that time as normal). Guess I need to fix maternity leave....and check bad CC categorized for paternity....ugh lol
Yes I clear caches regularly, use CC magic and use save cleaner.

That was some good detective work there. In my cases of dealing with this sort of issue as described, the time of day was never the same when it happened but things seem more straightforward in your case as you have found.

Yes luckily the game decided to not be so mean this time around :p going back to when Island was released and the Scott family bug
