Run in and Stare?
why do my sims run into a room where my other sims are, then stand and stare at one of them with their image in the thought bubble. Then the runner will turn and walk away and do something else. This has been happening often and with different sims in the household. They all seem to be at it at one point or another. I don't get it?

I've had inactive sims literally follow my sim home from Central Park in SV and other towns and do that. Most likely the sim caught the other sims attention and they got curious and wanted to see what they were up to.

Sims are programmed to be curious so it's just their curiosity getting the better of them just like it does to people in RL.

Ok, thanks. I'll watch and see what they're so curious about.

Could this be due to the fact that your sims are celebrities? I've never seen this kind of behavior, but at the same time I've disabled celebrities so that everyone is equal and doesn't behave strangely at the sight of anyone.

No, my sims aren't celebrities. I have a celebrity caste so only certain ones can become celebrities and my sims aren't part of that caste.

I get this frequently too. Sometimes, if an inactive has done something deemed 'inappropriate', decided to relieve themselves in public or pass out they can attract a lot of attention. Other times, it's been because another inactive has heckled the first inactive. Sims are funny (and nosey) like that

The only thing I can think of is, when my sim was a teenager she got involved in a steady relationship with another teen. Then she aged up but he's still something like 18 days younger and still a teen. So, she started flirting with YA's more her age but is still considered, by the game, as in a steady relationship with this teen. I should have her break up with him, maybe that would solve all the others "nosey" problems.

Or you could use MC to change the relationship to Best Friend and avoid having him not like your sim. But that probably won't stop it might not even be why their doing it.littlelambsy post_id=63772 time=1550765925 user_id=4329 wrote: I should have her break up with him
