Good idea

Ok I've had enough of this now. I set the sims relationship to good friend with the one she broke up with. Then I gave her (Viviana) the Clean Slate LTR. I reset her and changed some of her traits. But, my other sims, one in particular (Tamira) still keeps dropping what they're qued to do just to run in and stare at Viviana. And, every night when they all get tucked into bed, and the clock speeds up, all of a sudden the clock speed is back to normal. Why? because my idiot sim (Tamira) has gotten out of bed just to run over and look at Viviana while she sleeps. I have to put her back to bed again. I'm getting a little irritated at this. Why this sim? How can I cure this? Is there a way to reset whatever the problem is? or am I going to have to take her into CAS and make her a totally different sim!

What traits does Tamira have?
Although now that I think about it maybe you might want to move Tamira out and replace her with another sim. Elvira in Bridgeport did that to my sim a lot maybe she's been hanging out with her.

They all hang out together. There's 3 of them that live together. Her traits are normal. Tamiras traits are athletic, computer whizzes, party animal, frugal, flirty and ambitious. Viviana, the one started at is brave, green thumb, good, irresistible, ambitious and snob.

Tamira has Frugal is Viviana leaving a trail of light's, tv's and radio's on without turning them off stuff like that gets a Frugal sims attention.
Other than that I dunno. Is the place their living in like studio apartment where everything is one big room.

No, they live in a 2 bed house, Viviana shares a room with Tamira. She did share a room with the other one (Cleo), but Cleo kept getting up just after getting into bed and looking at Viviana so I moved her to her own room. I think I'll move Viviana to her own room and put the other two together. Then it wouldn't surprise me if they both got up and ran into Viviana's room just to look at her LOL. Don't know about the leaving lights, tv etc on. Never noticed. Its like that movie "There's something about Mary" only in this case is Viviana! I just wish I knew what it was.

Ahhh sounds like Viviana is waking the others up when she goes to bed maybe.

Is this what is meant when people use the expression "First World Problems"?

I don't know how shes keeping the others awake. She's not a Heavy Sleeper and the others aren't Light Sleepers. Its not only at night though. I'll direct a sim to do something, like eat, pee etc and they start out but suddenly drop the action to run to stare at Viviana. Sometimes Tamira will grab her head like when a sims sees another one cheating, only the the thought bubble has Viviana without the red line through it. Or, sometimes Tamira will do an action like the "YES!" as if pleased with her for some reason, when all she's doing at that moment is eating.

Its really scary to try getting inside the brain of a Sim! LOL

It sounds like a reaction broadcaster might be stuck. Have you tried resetting the Sim that is being reacted to? If you pause the game when a Sim is running to react and click on the running Sim and do DebugEnabler -> Options: Smartphone (I think) -> Who Am I what does it say the current interaction is?
