Thanks, that one I never thought about, but will it also keep me from getting any ghosts? As I stated I don't mind seeing them now and then, like in the graveyard or sometimes I keep their tombstone on the lot if I plan on bringing them back via Ambrosia.
It will prevent any ghost that is attached to their tombstone from spawning.
Which what makes Resident Playable Ghosts unique as their not attached to their tombstone and hope they never lose it from their inventory cause then you can never get rid of them or resurrect them.

I just did it for my active lot because grandpa was hitting on his step-grandkids and it was freaking me out.
It is not the first time I see your tantrum about the flirting grandfather to his grandchildren (I'd actually at full speed rushed to write about it here too, if I'd have discovered that), and I want to ask... Romantic interactions between blood relatives are blocked. So why this situation arose in your case?

Yes, it will stop them all. Since using this setting for years now, I've never seen any ghosts.

Sims can be made pregnant in already full/overstuffed households by way of MC commands or by SP imposing pregnancies upon them according to MC and SP settings respectively. In order to Try for Baby or do Risky though, Woohooer is required and has its own setting per species (human vs. the pets).

In my town living ghosts. I mean those who have their own home. Their graves were never lost. However, even in the case of a lost grave, we can use intermediate options MC and assign them a different entity. In the extreme case, we can edit them in CAS also using MC (testingcheats can cause some problems). I think there are no incorrigible ghosts.

If you mean turn them into another occult state or remove their ghost status don't ever do that with pre-made playable ghosts it breaks them and they don't function properly learned that the hard way. Ones made in CAS and those that happen later such as being born don't seem to have that problem.

Well, that's all right then :D In fact, nothing prevents them from doing it, but each player has his own moral principles. For example, I'm not very happy that young sims are flirting with those who are already one foot in the grave.

Okay, I admit, I never tried to get rid of ghosts, but I tested this option to create a simbot. It seems everything worked correctly. For some reason, I thought ghosts should be fine, too.

Understood and a step-grandparent one grew up with is still a grandparent. The one your grandparent partnered with when you were already a teen or an adult, maybe not. But really was just pointing out why the restriction on blood relations wasn't applicable in that case, it's EA's doing for not making those seen as close relations. It's the same kind of issue as with in-laws and in some cases (I think) aunts/uncles with no blood connection.

In one of my games there were two adults and each of them had a child. Time later, these adults decided to get married and their children became each other's brother and sister. But nothing should prevent these children from having an affair with each other, they are not blood relatives. Yes, in this case, everything looks as harmless as possible, but there are many other relationships. I think it would be very difficult to foresee all the details. Ah yes, do you happen to know any options for compiling the family tree? I know about advanced options, but it's not enough for me. For some reason, if the family, for example, no parents, there will be no grandparents. I don't know how to explain it, but it would be nice if we could make up a more varied relationship between the characters.
