You have corrupt genealogy and it doesn't look like Overwatch is fixing it. The save looks like it's toast I'm afraid since you can't access anything to rescue it due to where it's failing. If you'd like, upload the save folder (zipped up) to a file sharing site like Dropbox or Google drive I can study it for fixes in the future but for now I'd revert back to a previous save.

Hey!
So I honestly think that my whole game is broken or something, not just the save.
So, I started out with a previous save which is from Egypt. There should be two of my sims, the female sim I mentioned earlier and told that she is gone and then a child. Well, the child is only there and playable, the female sim of mine is just like vanished. The save also started from the edit town mode, I tried to select a household aka the child and I sat here, again, for nice amount of time and it did not change into live mode. Then I had to close my game.
I actually have another save from that same game, it is just named a bit different. Then, just out of curiousity, I tested playing that save as well and the same thing happened that the save started from the edit town mode, and the same repeated,

I am feeling kinda helpless and annoyed at this point.. I am just wondering if I ever did something wrong with the game or anything, everything used to work just fine and now this all happened..

Only do this if you're on Windows don't and I repeat don't do it if you're on a Mac.
In your Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3 folder look for the WorldCaches folder and clean out the 2 files related to the world you're using and try playing the Save you reverted back too again.

Start a brand new game to test. If you don't have the issue there then maybe all your saves are corrupt (did you have another mod that you've taken out?).

sittingbear, I have Windows, I may as well try that!
But if that doesn't work ^ then I may as well try creating a new game.
Chain, I used to have this one mod Kinky World, knew about the its compatibles with Nraas mods, the mods that worked together with Kinky World and the mods that did not. I uninstalled that mod after updating my game to 1.67, which was a while ago, to freshen out my game, kind of starting over, it was always a bit laggy mod for my. game.
​​​​​I uninstalled that mod once before as well and nothing happened to my game..

Have the ongoing saves you are trying to work with now ever "seen" the KW mod or were they all started after the last time the mod was removed and thus never played forward while the mod was in place?

The mod is not generally removable in the sense that already in-progress games can continue to be played without it. Its developer does provide a removal tool but from all reports that doesn't really do the job. But having removed it should have allowed you to start new games or play older saves forward that had never used the mod.

It's also possible that your user game folder is compromised, in which case try pulling it out of Documents to a safe place to force the game to spawn a new no-content one for testing.

To your question, the saves are set to the time when I still had the KW mod. Everytime I start the game, it infoes me about deleted items that were now replaced.

And to that last one, what should I do if the game works after the new folder is created to the documents? Is there anyway possible anymore that I could continue with the saves that I have now?

From my own experience with KW as I once used as well I would say those saves would be pretty toasty. Creating a new user game folder as igazor suggested would be the best way to go as KW can corrupt the whole thing but those saves are probably damaged beyond repair.
