I started a thread on sims 3 forum already and came over here to see if any of the Nraas mods I have installed might be the cause of the random shutdowns. There is no pop up the Sims 3 game just closes out to my desktop at random times.

ScriptError on the day it randomly closed below. Any help it welcome. Thanks.

Thank you for bringing the problem and the script logs over here, I would not have been able to answer properly on the EA forums due to what they call age appropriate restrictions (but didn't know that until I saw the log above). That's not actually how to attach a log to a message post, but I can read enough of this one to see what's going on.

NRaas mods and KinkyWorld are not compatible with each other. There are severe game-breaking issues with running KW together with ErrorTrap, SP, Woohooer, among others. While we cannot say with 100% certainty that this is why your game is crashing now, there could be other factors like RAM usage as mentioned prior, your mod combo is not going to be a successful one and NRaas mods are not supportable on any ongoing game that has "seen" KW. KW is not conducive to long-running games even on its own. NRaas mods work very hard to help enhance performance and keep games running. They are essentially opposing forces.

If you have or develop any issues or need assistance with script logs on ongoing games that have never seen the KW mod, then please feel free to return to us and open up a new thread.

I noticed that Simsmx Hospital Overhaul is listed also and that one is seriously outdated and not compatible with current patches.

That is correct. I didn't see that one listed prior because the script log is not very readable when being provided that way. Usually the Hospital mod can simply be removed from an ongoing game unless corruption has already taken hold. The KW mod, not so much and in most if not all cases the player needs to start over.

Speaking from experience once a Save has seen KW starting over is really the only option.

After reading some of the “features” added by KW I walked away quickly, there are some very off putting things it adds, with little control, kind of like awesomemod, not enough control over what it adds to my games. I may try the other one when finally get a new computer, I will have to see if it enhances my game play or not.

There were only 2 features of it I used the rest of it I kept disabled cause I found those repulsive. I liked the idea of random sims walking around in their birthday suits and randomly bonk each. I just couldn't get AW's autonomy to work for me and Passion at that time had gender bender issues but once that got fixed I've Passion ever since.

I have actually never had this problem show up until I got a new computer, even with all the mods installed (hospital overhaul and KW, Nraas).

Previously I just took out KW and basically reset the sims 3 folders, but sims 3 closed itself out without any warning again, I was probably playing it for at least 3 hours by then and was in CAS.

Now I am going to remove hospital overhaul to see if it changes anything, but I think the problem lies within my current laptop.

Are you using Win 10? If so are you using Game Mode? Turn it off it doesn't play nicely with games that are not for Game For Windows Live actually it doesn't even play nicely with those either.

Yeah, I am using windows 10, and I do notice a small pop up when I boot up any of my games. How do I turn off Game Mode?
