Putting portholes in hull of houseboat

Post by sheridanhoughton » December 8th, 2018, 12:19 am

I have just built a houseboat with the berths down below the deck.  I used the 'moveobjects on' so that I could place windows in the walls of the basement, but the windows still only seem to go in the front and back walls. I cannot place them on the side walls. Has anyone managed to do this successfully?

Yes?  I mainly put the round ITF windows on the side walls (with MOO).  Didn't have any problems (on any of the 4 walls).  Dunno what to suggest.  Do other window styles behave differently?  The only houseboat size I've worked with is the largest barge (20x15).

will try other shapes again. Maybe the barge size has something to do with it. I am using the long skinny barge with the shaped bow.

thanks
