Dive Lot in Riverveiw

Post by littlelambsy » October 11th, 2018, 5:44 pm

I just added a 64x64 dive lot from IP (Rocky Reef) to Riverview and was wondering if anyone else has done this and if it causes any problems?

Dive Lot in Riverveiw

Wow, I'll have to try that in my neighborhood (Great Bear).
One of the downsides is no dive lots or beaches...but I suppose that's a given, since it's in the mountains.

Edit: I forgot to ask! Are you using the original Riverview, the revamped one (changed by another simmer, I forget who), or one with any routing fixes? I also love Riverview and was thinking of playing it, but I'm not sure which version to pick.

Hi Sarien I have always loved Riverview but never played it because it didnt have beaches. I need my beaches LOL Also I thought it was too big for the way I play. But after playing many other custom worlds and getting one problem after another I decided to revisit Riverview, and found a remake of it by <a href="http://kaleekalo.tumblr.com/post/360727 ... leekalo and she added a little beach. You can find it Here

I cleaned out Riverview of all houses and venues and started with a clean map and have placed all the RH and houses where I want them and its starting to look awesome. The more I work with it the more I like it and its not as big as I thought it was. Then I added the dive lot just to see if I could. I think this will be my permanent home from now on.

That's awesome! I'm glad you found your "permanent" home :)

I've always loved mountains, so I have stuck with Great Bear for quite some time. But I do indeed miss the beaches.

I'm going to check out the link you gave me - thank you!
