How to I keep inactives from buy rental property and partnerships I know I seen it somewhere.
Also since highrise apartments are like rental property does that keep them from moving into those

SP>town options>purchase property. Set to false. They cab still buy houses; but, not rental or community lots.

They only move into highrises if there is an empty apartment. Any lot I don't want inactives to move into I designate as "ownable lot" until I'm ready to use it.

Don't play the Personalities anymore, so not sure if you force it for just certain sims.

I'll think about putting some personalities back in. Was getting fed up with the Casanova one, since everyone is already trying to be a Casanova in Bridgeport.
