You guys get more exposure to the sound effects in this game than I do, I'm sure. I am scouting some specific sound effects that will match close enough for something I am working on.

For each name an interaction that contains the sound you think will be useful to me. Note for the sound to be of use to me, they need to be separate from other sounds the object/interaction plays. Usually sound effects are but voices tend to run together. A good way to tell if the voice is separate is there's a notable pause between that voice clip and the next while the animation runs. If you are not sure what this rambling means, suggest the sound anyhow and I'll look into it. :)

Sound #1 - an electronic beep. The microwave seemed perfect but those run together unfortunately.
Sound #2 - a collection of items shuffling together like shaking a box
Sound #3 - a voice clip that sounds like the Sim is asking for something, preferably two words
Sound #4 - a voice clip that sounds like they are saying thanks or thank you
Sound #5 - a sound effect of something being thrown down
Sound #6 - a voice clip that sounds like they are in pain from having been hit or kicked in the shin / gut.

What do we win if we can guess what it is you are actually doing? :)

1 - The sound a dryer makes when a load of laundry is finished (does that one run together as well?)
2 - The sound of leaves being raked.
3 - Turkey nurbler? (er, the question asked after having given a sim a backrub)
4 - The voice clip when a sim agrees to answer a question that has been asked (no way I could spell this out correctly, but it sounds something like "Wahayy, zowiebebs!")
5 - ?
6 - The groaning voice clip when a sim is cooking and they think the food is burning or not turning out right.

I usually play with the sound down, so I wouldn't have any suggestions, but I remember the ones you're referring to and they don't seem horrible to me

Sound #5 - There is the sound of wet clothes being thrown down when they are interrupted or can't reach the dryer and there is also the sound of trash being thrown down when they are interrupted or can't reach the trashcan.

1) something in the ringtones of the smartphone?
2) Raking the leaves, agree with igazor on it
3) ole-like (m)joel ~or~ Cuh Teekaloo

Sound #1 - a plumbot scanning a target or projecting a holo picture
Sound #2 - an invenor spreading the scrap on the inventing table before they start
Sound #3 - the "Ask about Day" interaction, but it's quite long
Sound #4 - there is something that sounds like "va'deesh". It can be heard for some voice sets, including children, when a lifeguard successfully saves a Sim from drowning
Sound #5 - the crack when a Sim drops the smartphone
Sound #6 - being hit by the martial arts dummy or hitting their fingers while inventing

Cheers folks, some of these suggestions are perfect! I'll have to do some research to see which are solo and which aren't. The one thing the community hasn't figured out is getting custom sounds into the game because EA used some custom file format so I have to be resourceful. :)

I love the sound that's made when a sim discovers a new chemical potion on the chemistry set. A nice sci-fi touch to the sound and quite rare in game as once all nine potions are discovered it's never heard again. Tis a shame.

So basically you want the sound effects for a Robot Debt collector who grabs a sim, gives him a good shaking, demands payment, and when refused, says 'thank you' (as in thank you for refusing and giving me an excuse to do what comes next), throws the sim down to the ground, and proceeds to give him a good kicking ?
