It's very embarrassing but I'm too stupid to follow these clear instructions. It seem registration works well enough to prevent users from choosing a username and email-adress that is already in use. So I clicked submit before linking the account (which worked, got a positive message for that). But now of course the site tells me my username and mail address are already in use. So.. either you guys accounted for the stupidity of some users and made sure the linking will be done either way or I just prevented linking by creating a new, unlinked user with my username. *derp*
"Once you do this you should see a message that says "Hi <user>! We seem to have an account with that username already. Are you a previous Wikispaces user? (nraas.wikispaces.com) - If so, we'll need you to link your Wikispaces account to access your old posts. This process is simple, just click here to be redirected to Wikispaces. Please click Sign in at the top there and you should be redirected back to this page after you do so (if you are not automatically redirected, try clicking the link here again while logged into Wikispaces).""
Yeah that didn't happen. Not like I really care about the history of this account, but just wanted to try. It did let me register a new account though. weird.

Those of you who are getting errors instead of account conversions, please take note:
"Please note if you get errors, please try again later. The site is in active development."
I'm sure Chain will check into your individual accounts for those reporting odd results here to see what, if anything, has gone wrong. And no, it's not the end of the world if your accounts don't convert but we still have over six weeks to get this right.
