Probably you'd have to use S3pe to open up the rabbithole rug package to find which rug is being use and in this case it would RugCountyRound2x2 and then go into the GameplayData.package and export or copy the right XML and change the environment but this will change the environment score for all County Round rugs in the game.
I recommend making a tuning mod cause some objects seem to give funky results if you mess with the environment score.
Since the environment score affects moods and moodlet's I've used tuning's to give cheap objects a better score so I can stuff sims houses with cheap stuff and get the Decorated, Nicely Decorated and the Beautifully Decorated moodlet's.
You probably could use Retuner but I would recommend using a tuning mod so you can yank it out quickly if you notice some funkiness as some objects don't like it if you mess around with the environment score.

I guess I could do that, except I don't know its worth it if its going to affect all the same type of rugs.

@ brappl, can you use both Cazarupt's rugs and jynx's? Do they clash since they both 'do' the same thing?

Hi deesim - I use both and have never had any conflicts. Subways can be problematic though. If you are using the LN subway all subways should be LN subways. Using the combination of LN Subways and the RH Subway in the same town causes problems.

Oh yes, I know that problem with subways - I don't like using the subway rugs anyway, I always use the LN ones in the basement. I remember a very loooo-ong post I read about it and one of my many problems discovering it lol. Okay, so I can have both Cazarupts rugs and Jynx's rugs?
