Before I installed a mod that radically improved townies' academic performance, the majority of my homeworld uni students had a C grade before entering the workforce. The problem is that I had to switch between active households to find this piece of information, which, since I hadn't activated Dreamcatcher, would often disrupt my active family gameplay, forcing me to play catchup with them upon returning from the rotational test.
I failed to find a way via MC & DebugEnabler to view a townie's university grade without playing him/her actively. Have you personally managed to do it?

Maybe you could switch households to check, but not save? Then go back to your last save with your active household intact.
By the way, I'm currently building a homeworld uni, so I would like to check out that mod you mention, could you tell me which mod that is?

Hello Cassie! Yes I guess I don't have much options about this for now...
The mod I've installed is here: http://modthesims.info/d/500130/increas ... mance.html
I think the flavor I took was "thril2_(InstantFill)IncreasedAcademicPerformance + Instantly Fills the Academic Performance Meter", this way sims who are found socializing, sleeping, or texting in class are still getting penalized. Most of my uni students have a performance rating of "100" but some still manage to get a bad performance (up to -100!), probably because they - constantly - slack off in class.
What I do like is that now most townies enter EA professions/self-employed careers and rabbithole careers at level 3 instead of levels 1 or 2 previously (does not apply to custom careers though). One of them even started in the medical career at level 5! It was a Vampire townie, who, as a teen, had autonomously reached level 2 of the Medical part-time career.
Have fun

Hello Miss Pat, That mod looks very useful, I'll be sure to give it a try once I finish building my uni. Thank you very much.

Happy to help! Let me know if you ever share your uni building. I have one of those on MTS but if yours is more minimalist, I might change

Mine definitely won't be more minimalist. I have a separate lot for each building, although they are smaller than EAxis' buildings. And I use way too much CC to share my builds. I will probably post screenshots on my tumblr when they're finished though, I'll send you a link when I do.

Gotcha! Yes, definitely share screenshots. Always fun to see how other simmers play
