Do you have the most recent version of Careers? I had a similar problem with the science schools specifically, but that bug was fixed a while ago. Does this happen in all worlds or just one particular world?

The developers updated the Careers mod. Once I installed the newest version I stopped having a problem sending teens to the science school. Perhaps someone else will have an idea of what is happening.

edit: Do you have any other mods? I would try removing all non-NRaas mods, start up a new game, enroll some teens in the Careers specialty schools, and see if they can attend the next day. Does that fix the issue? If so, one of your non-NRaas mods might be conflicting. Also, do you have ErrorTrap installed, and when the action to go to school drops from the queue are any script errors produced? Those could be helpful.

Could be mistaken, but I believe the updated version that TreyNutz is referring to that fixed the science center issue (for some of the science center schools, others were never affected) is the beta testing version of Careers not the fully released one. It is v88a and is still available for download here: Update-History-Testing

But if all of the specialty schools are affected, then that probably isn't the same issue. Can you try a test run, not necessarily to be saved, with only NRaas mods in place and freshly downloaded copies of both the Careers mod and its Careers School add-on module, with the scriptCache file cleared (deleted), so as to rule out interference from other sources? For most of us this structure works fine.

Oh, my bad, I thought the updated version I remember had been released. But I agree that it's likely another issue since only the science schools (and not all of them) were affected.

I will also add, now that I think of it, that if AussomeDays' More Entry Points mod from MTS is in play, then the correct variant for NRaas mods needs to be used and possibly the rabbitholes that host the schools need to be replaced with new copies or at least Master Controller Reset. I recently had a total meltdown concerning the one regular school in DragonValley where my sims were visiting on vacation (so it didn't effect them at all, only the local residents) because the mod wasn't in play the last time my sims had visited long ago. Resetting the school fixed it right up for the second school day while we were there.
