I have question about Nraas Self Emplyoed Career (Athletic/aka Trainer Career).
I see when the Trainer Career assinged to inactive sim, they automatically train sims.
But, when I assign it to active sim, it doesn't automatically train sim, even though autonomy is true.
Is there way to fix this problem?
For example, if possible, something like Trainer Career as Role/Register Career.

I have question about Nraas Self Emplyoed Career (Athletic/aka Trainer Career).
The question has come up many times over the years, but the answer appears to be unfortunately not. We have to direct those sims to train others when they are active in much the same way that we have to guide active sims through many of the Ambitions careers if we expect them to work through any of their assigned (more complex) scenarios.
We could, in theory, make them a Role Sim using Arsil's Custom Generic Role Sim mod but that won't necessarily coax them to train anyone and they may just spend all day standing near their assigned mark on the floor (or sitting at their assigned desk, as the case may be). Also Role Sims aren't meant to be played actively and most players find that their Role Assignments become unstable after a while when they try to do so.

How about like this: Arsil's Massage Table uses it's Custom Generic Rore Sim function to make Role Sim for Massage Table.
Can this concept apply to Trainer Career?
Cause once upon a time, I played some other active neighborhood's save, I have played Massage Role to one of my active sim and not sure how many times but at least once inactive sim actually asked to give massge automatically.
