Chain, perhaps something has changed but the Business Students get a Business Planner and the Backpack what ever that's for other than lugging around and the Science Career generates that "Them Bones" Skeleton, Fine Arts has a sketch book. I forgot what the rest of the objects are for each course type.

Thank you brappl, but the only thing added to his personal inventory was a backpack, and the box that came up when hovering over the skills/objects line was blank. As Chain_Reaction said, education is not an EA university degree, it's a custom degree. Whoever made the module, I'm assuming it was Twallan, would have had to assign a study object, books that fit the degree, and which skills would boost academic progress. It appears he did not do that. He also did not make it appear on the aptitude test.

My test sim did get a full class list though. But other sims I've sent to university weren't able to keep their progress bar up unless they spent much of their free time studying or working on degree-related skills.

However, even if I decide not to send this sim to university, I can still use all of the suggestions you guys have made here and in the other thread, when I do find the right sim to be my first homeworld university student. So I think you all for your help.

I don't think you should be getting blank boxes. What language is your game in by chance?

@Chain_Reaction English. The skills teachers need are logic and charisma, so I would think that they would help academic progress, but they should be showing up if they are assigned to the education program, shouldn't they?

@Calista & Chain .. Well darn it, I sure did not mean to confuse things but now I am confused. I just did a quick test enrolling a few sims to various Uni terms and am getting the back pack as well as objects for their studies in their inventories and do not know why I am seeing these items and no one else is. Could this have anything to do with Zerbu's Ultimate Careers mod?

Are you enrolling them in education though, brappl? I think Chain is saying that unlike the other majors education doesn't get a textbook or an object because Twallan didn't assign them when he made the major.

Right, it's only the education program that doesn't have the textbook, study item, and skill list. Are you getting those things for your education enrollees, brappl?

Speaking about confused- I thought there were issues with the Education major? J4K suggested eliminating that one when setting up automatic enrollment so for home world Uni.

Also, those My Sim Realty custom Uni's already have the RH rugs - she revolored them to blend in better. As long as you have the rugs installed, they will function when you place the lot.

@Tangie0906 For some reason the rugs in the Salmon University lot in my game are not the rabbithole rugs. I do have to put them in myself.
