This module contains the expanded skill scenarios for use with StoryProgression, which includes (but is not limited to): Skill Controls (whether to allow skilling or not), Pushes related to skill gain for inactives.

This is a scripting module for StoryProgression, and as such you must have the base-mod installed for this mod to operate properly.
