This mod adds the Late Night Traffic Manager to suburbian worlds, providing the fake taxi traffic and the food truck functionality. It also alters the behavior of the Pets Ice Cream Truck. Finally, the mod can be used to alter some of the general car routing tuning available in the mod allowing you to change the values on a save-by-save basis.
